We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 60-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and that the course still did not work for you. Please note, if you select the multiple payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

With respect to any purchase, you must request your money back within 60 days of the purchase. You may request your money back by emailing [email protected]. That email must contain information about the product you purchased, the date of the purchase, and the email and name associated with any such purchase. You must also demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success.

There are no refunds for the SPARK monthly membership, however you can cancel your membership at any time and will no longer be billed. To cancel, simply email [email protected] with your request.
